I should be able to touch the most awaited tablet (by me) today - I have paid the challan on 7th of April 2012 and today it is already 25th April 2012 - such a long wait for a product booked online is annoying, but as I mentioned above I am expecting this T-Pad delivered to me today or by tomorrow (as per the email sent to me by Pental Technologies).
Lets have a look at this product (along with its features and specifications) prior to the discussion we are having about its performance through my personal experience (review after my practical usage).

DeleteI can understand your pain - waiting for more than 2 months for an electronic gadget is not an easy job (and especially when you have already paid the money @ PNB a couple of weeks back). But the problem with the company (what I felt was), lack of finished products - they must be assembling the products once they receive the monies from their customers.
However, as they are providing the quality products (worth purchasing) at the best price, I don't think it is a bad idea to wait for such a long time.

So my dear friend wait for another 1-2 weeks - you will get your product delivered - be patient - which is the only option you have now!!
And finally purchasing the China product is not at all a great idea, because Pantel Technologies has taken this as a prestigious project and would like to come out with great colors & testimonials...I agree they are providing poor customer service but their product is worth purchasing!!

I have Purchased Pantel T-Pad but I not working(It restarts again and again and over heat) so I sagest don't Purchase this T-Pad.

DeleteYou are correct, though initially they have shipped quality products of late Pantel Technologies is failing in providing quality products (especially IS701R - due its low price). This is understood, but in your case if you are not at all able to enjoy the product is very pity. Over this their technical support / customer service people are pathetic!!
Even my T-Pad has an issue with its WI FI connectivity problem, now it is showing as "Error Occured" when I am trying to connect to a WI FI router.
So finally I vote for your statement....Stop purchasing Cheap tablet from Pantel...

DeleteYou need to wait up to 60 days from the date of pre-booking to receive your tablet.
