    1. Yes, if you want to go for Tatkaal scheme - then this is the format!

But for Re-issue/Renewals, Tatkaal is not required - as it would take little time to get your passport!

      Best Regards,
      Chaitanya.

    1. In the annexure f, you should mention your present address details and eligible officer should print it on his official stationary and sign on it.

    1. As long as there are no complaints or Ban on your area SHO, it is acceptable (as per the instruction on annexure f of passport authority).

*Concerned Tehsildars or concerned SHOs for an applicant staying in the area under his / her jurisdiction.

    1. Mahesh,

If it is issued in the same week/month as your passport application (not appointment), then it is still valid.

Note:- It must be valid for 90 days from the date of issue, as per the PSK site.

      Best Regards,
      Chaitanya.

    2. Can i have the link where it says that it is valid for 90 days in PSK site..Please because one lady has rejected my application because of that

    3. Read the last line in http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/online/pccOnlineApp

Re-submission required due to 2 reasons, either if your documents are not ready / if you failed to get a time slot for an appointment at PSK.

You have to quote the 2nd reason.

      Best Regards,
      Chaitanya.

    1. It would not be a valid VC, if the officer is working for another district/state - than that of the citizen's present address.

      Best Regards,
      Chaitanya.
