3 Chutneys (Bendi, Tomato, Ridge Gourd Peel) for Rice Meal

If you like chutneys in rice, then you must save this recipe. I have prepared 3 Chutneys at a shot, in 40-45 minutes, and you too can!

Ingredients Required (shown in the picture):

Directions

1. It is very important to choose tender vegetables while preparing fresh chutneys.

2. 50ml of Oil (not seen in the above picture) needs to be heated in a pan, to make the soul of the chutney i.e., "Seasoning with Green Chillies" - see below pictures for reference!

3. I have used around 15 Green Chillies, 50 grams of Chana Dal, 50 grams of Urad Dal, Asafoetida (as per taste), and Haldi (this is prepared for 3 Chutneys). Jeera and Mustard Seeds are nice to add, but I forgot to add.

4. I have started with the Ridge Gourd Peel Chutney, by frying the peel in 1 spoon of Oil + Asafoetida + Salt + Haldi + Dill Powder. Just 2-3 minutes on medium flame is good.

Now, we will be ready with:

5. When the peel is 50% fried in oil, just add tamarind juice (as per the taste). Cook it for 2 minutes and take it out into the mixer bowl. Add 1/3rd of the Seasoning (that was prepared, earlier) and mix a little bit of water, as seen in the below pictures.

6. Now, let's get started with Okra (Ladies Finger) Chutney! Fry the cut pieces of Okra in 2 Spoons of Oil for 4-5 minutes on medium flame (until they turn into light golden color) by adding Asafoetida, Salt, Dill Powder, Haldi (as per taste), Coriander Seeds to witness:

7. Now, add Tamarind Juice and cook for a minute or two.

8. Take this into a mixer jar, and add another 1/3rd of the seasoning (as seen in the below picture, left side) to make the tasty Chutney! With the remaining 1/3rd seasoning, let's prepare Tomato Chutney!!

9. Fry/Cook Tomato Pieces in 2-3 spoons of Oil for 5-6 minutes on medium flame, while adding Salt + Haldi + Asafoetida + Dill Powder + Remaining Seasoning (follow the below pictures for reference). Turn off the stove, and cool it to make Tasty Tomato Chutney.

LRS Online Application Process - Explained (Layout Regularisation Scheme 2020)

I personally think, LRS 2020 by Telangana Government is a great initiative and is extremely beneficial for the citizen of this country! Though the timing and charges are debatable, it is pivotal that the illegal layouts should be penalized and regularized.

I am thrilled to see this initiative for the betterment of the society (about 10 years ago, when I bought a small plot with my hard earned savings - I had verified almost everything but failed to investigate deep into the layout rules and regulations - though there was a Layout Plan, I was not sure of what is legal and what is illegal; what is authorized and what is unauthorized).

LRS 2020 brought a great learning opportunity for the citizen (whoever bought illegal plots), LRS would let us realize the importance of understanding the root cause of illegal registrations and the legal process of acquiring land in Telangana State. Ignorance might be bliss, but at the same time Ignoring Law is Punishable (please think of voting system as an example - we must not let incapable and unqualified nominees becoming leaders, we must elect visionaries like KCR and KTR).

Having said that, one must have respect towards the "Nature", "Mankind" and most importantly "Law of the Land". Let me now jump in and explain the motive of this very blog post. After many years, I am writing another interesting and useful article which is extremely important for general public - especially to those who are interested in learning about LRS  (Layout Regularisation Scheme 2020 by the Government of Telangana).

Thanks to the technology, that is letting us achieve almost everything from anywhere (as long as we have little literacy about computers and its usage). I am not focusing on teaching you what is Digitization, Digitalization & Digital Transformation (in this article) but in simple terms, I will try to explain how you can actually submit an online application for LRS. Yes, literally from anywhere of the planet, as long as you have network connectivity and access to some critical information about your "identity" and "property" details.

Here is the home page of the LRS - https://lrs.telangana.gov.in/, isn't it beautifully designed website? I liked it very much, because it has all the necessary information loaded in it and the links provided quickly takes us to the online application form i.e., https://lrs.telangana.gov.in/OTP_Validation.aspx?param=Apply

As the above snapshot depicts, the applicant must provide a valid mobile number to get an OTP to see the application form. Once the user clicks on Generate OTP button with a valid phone number, the portal navigates the user to the below screen -

and then provides the user with a few options (extremely easy and simple to understand) as seen below. The form enables user to select the appropriate category (the portal is same for individual plot owners as well as the layout builders). Based on the plot/layout location, user must choose one of the three options provided i.e., Municipal Corporation (or) Municipality (or) Gram Panchayat (including HMDA):

Based on the selection of appropriate option, the online portal (form) allows the user to fill the respective application form (user to furnish some critical information to apply for the LRS Online. Below are the snapshots of the application form(s) for all the three options (I am providing these for the benefit of all three categories, you please pick whatever is applicable for you).

My intention of providing these three options (screens), is to let everyone know what are the mandatory fields and what information is required for completing the LRS application process - so that you can proactively keep the necessary information handy during the application process. I found it so simple and easy to fill, because I already have all the necessary information available with me. Payment of INR 1000/- can be made once the applicant furnishes accurate information via this online application form.

Notes:
  1. Applicants should also keep the scanned copy of the first page of the Sale Deed & Layout Plan. The portal is asking for PDFs ONLY with file size limitation of 1MB, so please be watchful to upload scanned documents accordingly.
  2. Please ensure to furnish ACCURATE INFORMATION, to avoid any discrepancies.
  3. Several brokers are now taking advantage of the situation and making money from irresponsible public (who are addicted to rely on mediators).
  4. I really want to extend my gratitude to the Telangana Government for providing us an opportunity for completing the LRS application process through online.
  5. Please share your comments and experience here, which will actually help fellow citizen.

Hoping to see a transformation in aspiring applicants towards digital...

RGV's review of Arjun Reddy - Vijay Deverakonda is 10 TIMES better than PAWAN KALYAN

The fundamental difference between SHIVA and ARJUN REDDY is that whereas Shiva probably could have been more structurally designed in terms of shot taking, shot division and characterizations,AR is much more identifiable and relatable in every sense
Personally I could identify with seven or eight scenes from AR which happened in my own life and that's the connectivity I am talking about The highly unconventional casting is just one of the many break throughs the film has managed to overcome ..Me being too long used to a stereotype way of thinking, when I first saw Shalini in her introduction scene,I was aghast that anyone can think of her as heroine material but by the time the film reached interval I felt there could be no one ever who could be better than her

I was also impressed with the ability of Sandeep Reddy Vanga to evoke so much heroism without any heroics in any scene ..its commendable on both the directors and actors part that they could so resist the temptation to crossover into widely believed and universally accepted commercial cliches
There's no attempt in the story to be judgemental on the characters and that can only come from the directors highly matured understanding of real people in real life situations ..A case in point is the director treating with respect even that guy who gets beaten up by vijay in the class room
Nowhere does it seem as if Sandeep took a decision to sit and write a great scene as often is the case with most main stream writers and directors ..It feels as if the scenes were just organically flowing by themselves and Sandeep just happened to be there to capture it
Also though the story is so simple the cuts in the screenplay take it to another level ..one cut I especially liked is the way the previous scene cuts into a glass shard being taken out of Shalini's foot
I always believed that,if the slow motion camera and ramping techniques were not invented most of the present day heroes would have to sit at home because none of them have the ability to hold a close up in front of the camera.
Without the aid of both Cinematic techniques and artificially written punch dialogues I can't recall a single actor creating any kind of impression compared to what Vijay has done in AR..I especially love the lengthy profile close up of Vijay towards the interval with that single tear drop slowly flowing on his cheek..it's one of the most evocative Cinematic images I have ever seen in my life
All in all I strongly believe that all of us in the whole film industry should thank Sandeep and Vijay for making all of us realise that a highly impactful film can be made
With such a low budget
Without lip sync songs
Without gravity defying action
With 3 hour above length
Without punch dialogues
Without any top technicians
and above all with an absolute 100% complete honesty in story telling
The audience should thank Vijay and Sandeep for making them realise that such high quality films like AR can be actually made and they don't need to settle for sub standard cliched and disgustingly formulaic films
All aspiring film makers should thank Sandeep for giving them a new direction to their directorial aspirations
To talk about Sandeep Reddy in one line in comparison to all established directors he respects the audiences intelligence whereas established directors imagine the audience to be fools
To talk about VIJAY DEVERAKONDA in comparison in one line,he in both looks and star charisma is 10 times better than PAWAN KALYAN and he is 20 times better in performance than PAWAN KALYAN
Considering the extraordinary realism in his performance I think VIJAY DEVERAKONDA should be given the title REAL POWER STAR

Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum - Lyrics - a Masterpiece

Watched this movie (KVJ) twice in the last couple of weeks, but I could not able to understand the depth of director's vision (thus my review is not yet posted)! However I felt that the Screenplay by Krish, Artists Performances (especially Rana's) are highly appreciable while the "Music by Mani Sharma Garu, Voice of Shri SP Balasumaniam and Shri Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry's Lyrics" combined together is the heart of this movie - Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum.

So please listen to his words in the below video clip, and then further go down to find the masterpiece lyrics - the all time best of SSSS (Shri Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry)....

Fate of Tollywood (2011) - Chaitanya Kumar Vummethala

We eagerly wait for the results and individual rankings after writing exams (in academics), similarly in the world of telugu cinema (tollywood) this is the time to assess who did the best and what actually happened in the entire game - last year (i.e., in 2011)!

My brief analysis on Tollywood 2011, goes like this:
To quickly start - there were about 116 straight telugu movies released in 2011, in addition to 126 dubbing movies (from all other languages) being dumped in Andhra Pradesh. Don't surprise by looking at this number surpassing the actual number of straight movie releases (though it's pity, is very common in this industry).

While the budget and collections of a particular movie is always unknown to the end movie lover (audience), even I don't want to get deeper into it (I am also one of the end movie lover) rather would love to express my opinion on the main motive of the movie and its influence on the common audience, i.e., making money (at least recovering the investment) by entertaining movie lovers, which is the ultimate motive of the commercial cinema.

Though the above numbers summing to 242 (116+126), I chose to rate only 88 flicks (combining both category of movie releases), 70 Straight and 18 Dubbed Movies (these 88 being properly populated and promoted by its makers and created some expectations on the movie). The rest of 154 Movies are not even eligible to spend time on! Even makers opted not to spend money to promote these movies (they are already aware that these flicks are not going to yield profits for them, so they opt to keep quite - instead of spending more money on such useless movies).

Note: In case (or) By mistake if I missed any of the useful / good movie, I am sorry and please inform me by writing a small comment under this post, so that I will include such movies in the below table and change the entire dashboard!

Sri Rama Rajyam is the not the movie for today's movie lovers

In 1963 Lava Kusha, a movie based on the story of Ramayana (Uttara Kanda) has released and became a huge hit. It ran for 100 days in all the 26 theatres, where the movie first released in. The movie further ran for 175 days in 16 theatres and collected mind blowing figures of about RS. 10 Million and stood as the blockbuster hit in the history of Tollywood.

Similarly, in 1982 NTR founded a political  party called TDP and formed the government with a highest majority just within a 9 months time frame.

A single reason for both the results were "the time and the then circumstances". Those days movie lovers just wanted to see their favorite hero on the celluloid with a believable story line combined with a bit of technical values coupled with minimum commercial elements in it. Similarly due to the then circumstances, people wanted to see their demi god (NTR) as the CM of the state and hence the result.

Sri Rama Rajyam is thus not the movie for today's movie lovers who expect lot more than the older movie lovers, and 2011 is definitely not 1963 to repeat the history. The story line is not suitable for youth and audience rather it is appropriate for few senior citizens who believe in Ramayana. Today's lifestyle has totally changed  the people's mindset and their ideologies, no one is ready to believe in morals and especially what actually depicted in Uttara Kanda (the worst episode of Ramayana).

No one would love to live without Father / Husband for the sake of False Prestige! Not at least today...

Rajanna Movie Review by Chaitanya Kumar Vummethala

Rajanna is the last big budget movie of the year came with huge expectations due to the presence of Rajamouli, supporting his father in the action episodes of the movie.

Story, Dialogues, Screenplay & Direction:  Vijayendra Prasad, being the father of 100% successful director (Rajamouli) certainly work on pressure for his prestigious project like Rajanna especially when he is directing a big star like Nagarjuna. The story-line prepared by Mr. Prasad with suitable punch dialogues (matching the theme) was really good and have the standards of becoming a land mark movie in the history of tollywood. He had taken enough care on extracting performances from the baby (Annie) and the music director (Keeravani) among other technical departments such as cinematography team, dialogues and action episodes (by Rajamouli).

Sri Rama Rajyam Movie Review by Chaitanya Kumar Vummethala

Sri Rama Rajyam, Long Pending Review from my side. I wanted to do some extensive research on Ramayana and specifically on Uttara Kanda before writing the review on this one, because I never understood the divinity of character-Rama in Ramayana, since ages. I thought at least after watching the movie, my perception towards Ramayana and character-Rama might change! let us see how the movie influenced me and my overall analysis on it.

One of the biggest stars of tollywood - Balakrishna has taken this project as a prestigious one and put his 100% effort to make it as an evergreen classic. The plot of the movie is based on the old classic - Lava Kusha (the biggest blockbuster of all time in the annals of Telugu film history), with the very same story - Uttara Kanda of Ramayana.
